Been living here 4+ years New owners from California took over last fall. Never met them. We are in a premium site but every time it rains we have standing water under our rig. Since it puddles under there we are left with a slimy pad due to unlevel poured concrete. Owners solution. Quote… not cost effective to repair. They bought us a push broom and a squeegee. Good luck. The park is going down quickly. They only care about Miss Mary’s. They close the road going to the back of the park when there is an event so people won’t see us. They photograph residents if you walk your dog on Miss Mary’s property It’s sad that such a great place has lost its luster. The roads were in need of being resurfaced. Instead they basically sprayed the roads and that took them 3 weeks of inconvenience. People were turned away who tried to book sites due to that. Never seen so many empty spots before. The staff went from 6 full time people with 3 sets of camp host down to 1 full time office worker w 1 pt time worker. 1 maintenance worker and now only 2 weekend couples for camp hosts. I lived this place but things need to change quickly or this place will be in serious trouble

A nice and quiet spot right off the highway. Management is very accommodating. Pool was clean, clubhouse was clean, staff was friendly and always willing to help if we needed anything. Play structure available, laundry room, public bathrooms. Very quiet and full hook up for a great price. Y’all are awesome! Kids were in the pool about every other hour. We needed to leave early, and manager gave us a refund for the days we did not stay. Thanks y’all 🙏🏻🇺🇸

Beautiful and well maintained grounds. All spots are level concrete pads. We had a pull through that fit out 38' class A and tow vehicle. It's close to walmart and other stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great campground. I give it 10 stars. Very nice, clean, plenty of space, laundry and showers are great. The office staff is very friendly. Look for the black and white boxer. Great dog. Will be back for sure.

Beautiful, clean RV park. Close to I20 but quiet. Concrete/ashault pads and very level.Grounds are well kept, bathrooms nice and VERY clean.. They have a pool and it looked inviting but we didn't use. Every person working was super friendly and helpful. To boot they even have Bible Study🙏❤.
