Jack is super cool and layed back. Not sure why some post he is trouble, I stayed there several months without any issues. Jack was always helpful and attentive to anyone's needs. It's a nice no frills, quiet, and close to everything rv park. And by the way Jack's rates are more reasonable than the others in the area. If your gonna be in the area, definitely give this a place try.
Clean and quiet park with paved level sites. We were only here a few days but would have loved to stay longer. All of the neighbors were so friendly and Jack in the office is a hoot! We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at East Haven. Thank you for helping us with the rental rate, we will definitely be back next time we visit central Florida!
Jack the manager is rude!! He definitely spoils your stay!!
Also the place is boring, the only gatherings they host are bingo night, I thought you were an ‘all ages park’ but he denied me having my 6year old come at all!! NOT ACTUALLY ALL AGES PARK
And they pull money from you anywhere they can, theyre cheap but don’t let that fool you they will charge you for a ‘guest’ for 30 days of the month EVEN THOUGH THEY ARRIVED WITH YOU! ALSO THEY HAVE A TON OF BAD REVIEWS from these last 2 years, if you look, THEY REMOVED THEM, they had less than 3 stars before
Oh boy, where to start. God bless you Pete! Great place to park it and leave. Not a great place for an extended stay. We were here for a month, my husband, bless his heart, picked it because it's only 5 minutes from his work. We were excited to see a park model for sale since we were thinking of moving permanently. But, that went right out the window when Laura felt she had to come wag her finger in my face and tell me that I needed to go read the rules. I did go read the rules, I didn't break any rules. She was warning me about Pete. I have no idea why. He seems like a nice guy. You will not get a spot actually IN the park. IF you get a spot you will be out at the road without being able to put your awning out because it might touch your neighbor. The electric went out on us several times, then someone hit a water spigot taking out the water for half a day. Of course, no one tries to notify anyone that the water is out. Lucky we've had that experience before and always have water in our fresh tank. So glad we moved just around the corner on 27. Sorry for the people who are trying to sell their park model. Our experience here killed that. Again, God bless you Pete, I'm sure if I broke any rules you would have let me know in a professional manner. Thanks for stopping by while we were packing up to leave. Hope the new owners make this place as great as it can be.
