I love this place. On the drive up to the camp, I've seen moose, bears, elk. Pacific Creek Trail is like much of Yellowstone. Beautiful.

Private campground with friendly campers. Close to Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Lots of mosquitos! Nature is neat.

The road to get there is very long; I have poor shocks in my bus and had a raging headache by the time I finally discovered the campground. But, it was quiet, and there were bear boxes, and that's what I wanted. There are a few dispersed sites along the way with bear boxes, but they were too rutted for me to get into. There were people with cars and tents that got in fine.

Drove out here in search of grizzly bears. It’s a longer journey thanks to 7 miles of dirt roads. Be prepared, but it sure is pretty when the whole campground is empty.
