Price too high for the rough conditions! Very rough gravel roads, lots were not very wide and sewer hookup was too high off the ground, difficult to dump. Monthly renters were rather seedy. 3 highways surround the park so it is noisy all night. We did not feel safe staying here.
Overall not bad. Brian is a great manager. People are okay. In a very convenient location.
Has showers, laundry, WiFi, etc. Lived here over a year now.
Very good place for a permanent person. Best bang for your buck with all that is available.
Spots are a little tight and could of had grass...but overall good friendly place to stay.
Huge, level concrete pads for campers. Clean laundry room with good machines. Manager is very polite and nice. Be aware, this isn't really an RV park, it's more trailer park for campers. About 90% are full time residence and people working locally.
The Internet doesn't work. Has shower/bathroom facility. Also laundry room. Location is super peaceful. Has a dog run, which is great. Very helpful manager and maintenance people. Has storage units right next to it with overflow extra parking. The overflow parking is free. I really love how nice everyone is and how super peaceful it is. Feels very safe. Hello I'm very sorry for the experience that I put on your website and just for those to know it wasn't the cross Trails RV park that I stayed at and it was La Quinta Inn I don't know why it posted my review on Cross Trails RV park but it did just so everyone knows cross Trails RV park was not involved in my review
