Located 5 miles from Big Rapids and 60 miles from Grand Rapids. From jct US 131 (Exit 139) & Hwy 20: go 3 1/4 miles E on Hwy 20, then 3 1/4 miles E on Colburn Ave/16 Mile Rd, then 1 mi N on 160th Ave, then 1 3/4 miles E on 17 mile Rd. Enter on L.
We camp every year with our family. It is a time we all look forward to. Our children are safe to play and wonder the grounds. The place is peaceful and people are so kind. I always say when we arrive that I feel like we have come home.
CranHill is our favorite place to camp. We've camped there in trailers and tents for nearly 40 years now. Perfect for families as there are many things to safely entertain children. Bath houses are cleaned daily. Grounds are nicely maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Horses, farm animals, water activities and more!
We came across this campground a year ago and had such a great experience, we returned this year and will continue to return every year for our main family camping trip! The people are so nice, quiet time is respected. Restrooms are always clean. Showers were always hot. There are a lot of activities for children and the beach is really nice!
We camp in the family campground every year. It’s always one of the camping trips. We look forward to the most! The campground and views are just beautiful It’s kept up really well, always clean. This is the campground you've been looking for. It's a small private Christian family campground. Most polite camping experience we've ever had! Everyone is respectful, quiet and loves Jesus! We've been going for 2 years now and absolutely plan on going yearly. They offer fantastic activities for the kids & adults for a reasonable price. We've done tie dying, rock climbing, zip lining, mini horse cart rides, riflery, tomahawks, sling shots & a trail ride. If you bring your family here, you won't regret it!!!
