Management is weird and overbearing when it comes to getting you settled then they dissappear when you have issues. The snow was never plowed unless it was more than 6", many of the cabin campers would get stuck trying to get out in the morning to ski only to have the plow guy show up at 9 am. Maintenence and their visiting family walked over and around my utility lines to take pictures of the surroundings. I have found things missing from my campsite and suspect one of their caretakers is shady. Valuables were stolen from my camper while i was away skiing.

We really love the place! Beautiful area, close to the passes and cute cabins. Mangers respond well to fixing problems we have had in the past. My boyfriend was injured and the property manger was willing to help out as much as he could. The tenants are nice and look out for each other. All around great place to live!

I lived here for 4 and a half years.

I think it was sold twice and had at least 3 different management companies during that time. It's for sale again in May 2023. The current owners / management company is almost impossible to get in touch with. It certainly isn't worth the $700 or $800 a month for an RV spot. All the sites flood during spring time. The water and sewer often freeze depending on which spot you're in. DON'T DRINK THE WATER it is orange and has an oil sheen to it.

We love this place! We moved from out of state. This property is beautiful, surrounded by national forest, private pond in backyard and stream runs through the property. The property manager is extremely responsive and helpful. Rent is affordable and we have privacy
