This place was a mess and we took my grandkids because I took my daughter here to catch here first fish and she loved it! So I really was excited to take our grandkids too..

What a disappointment not many fish to feed anymore and as we feed the few fish!

My daughter could hear 2people having a argument in the house near dock!!! SO MY DAUGHTER SAID OK TIME TOO GO!! πŸ™

Can I call a campground rough and sweet? We stayed there in a tent summer of 2016. Everything in region was booked up, and we found this place. Ended up being perfectly a fun, albeit quirky, overnight stay.

It seemed more a park with permanent residents in big old RV's. There was a zone for tents, and we were probably its first tent dwellers in awhile. Let me stress all the people were totally nice. Working class folk. When my son and I played the mini-golf course...and we were proudly celebrating his hole in ones...the residents walked by totally enjoying our fun and encouraging my son.

The place is old ....and totally cool. Old unique stuff. See the photos I submitted here for the place.

We may be back someday.

I came here specifically for my daughter to catch her first fish. I came as they usually keep their pond stocked and it would be very exciting for a younger child to catch something. I was very disappointed to find out after the hour long drive to hear the owner decided not to stock the pond this year. We still attempted to see if we could catch something even though a local stated he had attempted several times and couldn't catch anything. After two hours and not even one bite when the management stated we were using great bait for the pond we left. I came excited for my daughter to catch her first fish and left disappointed. Knowing that they didn't stock the lake, I will never take the time to go there again. It's sad to know they just lost a customer. Don't go if you are looking to fish and catch something.

Valerie was awesome πŸ‘Œ and kind enough to let my sons and I camp in our tent tonight through Sunday. But, we've had a change of plans and will not make it. We plan on heading up in August. This camp has everything you need for a goodtime with minors: outlet for tents ⛺️, showers 🚿, put-put golf ⛳️, and, location is great πŸ‘. Plus, fully stocked trout pond (no catch and release allowed). See you in August!

Camp hosts are the nicest people you'll ever meet. It's just a down to earth and a great vibe from the people that were there...
