The experience wasn’t the greatest, neither of the managers or the people that run the park have zero experience, no managerial experience esp by the way they talk to their customers. They have tons of restrictions and give very little access to anything including putting on water restrictions are turned off whenever they feel like it. if you have a night schedule your return from work guess what you can’t shower. Honestly save yourself the headache and hassle even their terrible customer service/ rude comments and go elsewhere. Good luck!!

In my opinion, Canyon Springs is a very poorly run RV park. The people living there refer to their spaces that are numbered as cell blocks as the warden Jeff tours the property every day a man with a concealed weapon brags about having a brain injury and harass the women. They only have six washing machines for roughly 170 people. They were raising the rates all the time . They are anything but dog friendly. Their maintenance man is on the local sex offenders list along with other people that live there all you have to do is go to Canyon County, Sheriff Caldwel, Idaho enter in their address and you will find this to be true, they have so many rules. You can’t keep up with them and they’re changing constantly, I would advise you to get all the information you can before staying there. They have a shotgun range behind them that is constantly making noise the trucks blast down the highway all night long, and the showers are closed along with all of the other facilities from 9 to 9 every day.

I contacted them to see if they had spots available and they won't provide ANY information about possible availability unless you fill out a FULL application AND financial check!!!! No other places have that requirement just to tell you if there are spaces available. Absolutely terrible customer service... It felt like scammers just trying to get personal info. Definitely will NOT recommend to friends coming for the summer.

If I could give a NEGATIVE rating I would! The people running this place are nuts. Coming through town and checking around to find places that have open spots available, they wont give you ANY information unless you provide a full BACKGROUND CHECK AND FINANCIALS!!!!! Why should I provide MY financial information just to find out if there MIGHT be a spot something available?????????? This is an RV CAMPSITE!!!!! Insane....

Wow don’t ever have car trouble by this place. Talk about scary. My boyfriend was driving home from his 12 hour shift at the hospital in his commuter car that he just bought to save mileage on our ‘22 4Runner and the alternator broke down. As people who’ve worked in trauma hospitals we know that the best course of action to ensure safety for ourselves and other drivers is to not be on the side of the freeway in the dark if possible. He made the “mistake” of coasting down by this particularly awful RV resort and then was harassed by some woman in a yellow vest named Lucille. She continually made it a point that he was on private property even after she was informed that a tow truck was on the way. She progressed to take photos of his vehicle and harass the tow truck driver as well while in the midst of recovering the vehicle claiming that the dirt road (which based on another review has been that way for at least two years) could easily be damaged. I then had to waste the Caldwell PD’s time making a report to make sure that none of us were indeed breaking the law, which we weren’t. Lucille then continued to barrage us with threats of being on private property in the midst of leaving this fine establishment. As an avid camper and person whom works with people I cannot recommend this business. I can only hope the owner sees my one star review and the others from over the years, which I’m sure are also describing their lovely employee Lucille. As a 5th generation Idahoan I was always taught to try and help people who may be in trouble, especially with cars, but I can tell Lucille was certainly not raised in such a way. I myself have had car trouble on more than one occasion and have never been harassed until tonight.
