We just finished a two month stay at this park and I can’t say enough about how great it was. The staff here was so helpful and friendly. The park is meticulously maintained. We loved the different events that were planned throughout our stay - weekly food trucks, pot luck dinners, music at the clubhouse, etc. They try to make everyone welcome. We have already booked our stay for next year.

Very terrible service, very dirty and very expensive. Charging $300 a month extra for 2 kids. And they also make you pay the utilities. I would not recommend this place at all

We have been going to Phoenix for years, staying long term at different camp grounds in the valley. Hands down the best employees, owners, and sites we have experienced. Top Notch Campground. Any of these negative reviews sound like "Karens" I wouldn't want there anyways. Take it from a full time traveling family. This campground is 5 star.

This is the most racist campground I’ve ever been to. We had a friend watch over our trailer when we were gone for a week and she didn’t have any issues. As soon as we showed up with our children of color, the assistant manager started making rules that weren’t in the rules. We pulled up to unload groceries in in a friends car and the were there within minutes to tell us the car needed to be moved out of the park. It was there less than 10 minutes. We asked to reserve the club house for a back to school pizza night. They wouldn’t allow it even though it wasn’t already reserved. We asked to speak to the manager and the assistant manager wouldn’t allow it. She said that she would let the manager know we would like to talk to her or him and never heard anything back. Overall super poor management which makes for a horrible time. I would not recommend this campground to anyone.

One of those “only old people with new RVs” are welcome vibes. They have print outs of other campgrounds on stand by so they can turn people away. Please spend your time and money at more welcoming and enjoyable place. Do not recommend if you are younger then 45. There are some beautiful views you can get at other places. The manager on duty was very rude and happy to turn away a customer.
