Really had a nice time, area was very private and beautiful. Owners were very accommodating as well, it does lose a star because of needing some basic modern amenities considering the price. Good water pressure, central heating and wifi are needed upgrades.

We had an amazing stay at Greg and Jo's beautiful log cabin. This is the best vacation rental I've ever stayed in and the area it is located in is breath taking. We especially enjoyed the elk and stargazing each night. Greg and Jo are fantastic hosts and I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an incredible rental in Flagstaff.

This cabin was amazing! While traveling in the area for vacation, we finished our trip with a couple of nights at Greg and Jo’s cabin to rest and recover. It was perfect-felt like a home away from home. The kids had so much room to run outside and play-they actually turned off a movie to go back and play outside. There were toys and games and treeehouses for the kids-they just ran out all of their energy-it was awesome. We had the main cabin and with the 4 of us, there was so much room everywhere- super comfortable for everyone. Also-eating dinner on the patio with the beautiful view was the best way to end each day!

First of all, this review is for the Guest Cabin (smaller cabin) as that's the one we stayed in for a week by the end of September. We were 2 people and 2 big dogs, and let me say we had a blast. The location is far enough that you get the feeling of disconnection from the city, but still having pretty much anything you could need no more than 12 minutes driving away. Jo, the owner, is really accommodating and respectful: the place is rustic and lovely. The patio had plenty of space for our dogs shenanigans. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for day to day prep/cooking and the two small fridges were enough for us. I will say, if you're looking for a city-escaped without loosing the convenience of the city, this is your place. Note: currently in the area there's no Wi-Fi coverage, so Jo lend us a wifi Hotspot that we used for working during the whole week without any issues.
