The RV park has done a really good job keeping up appearances since the water receded. The garden around the wash house is lovely with a variety of cactus, pruned oleander, and mesquite trees, and the whole array is kept tidy and watered. The residents still have lovely yards, too. The majority were occupied, cleaned, and decorated. Golfcarts washed and boats ready for the perfect fishing day.

Clean park. Spot was a pull through, so... win! No shade, it would be hot as @#!! during summer. (My guess)

Water pressure was excellent. Residents are frendly and it was extremely quiet at night. Only an hour from Vegas. It would be 5 stars if it had any shade at all. But it's the desert, so....

All and all great place to stay. They only have 6 spots for RV/trailers so book early.
