Great Lake with different places to camp , all of the have bathrooms , most of them showers . Boat ramps everywhere , make sure you pick the best one according to what your preferences are. Also make sure you keep your dog on a leash she was sprayed by a skunk. Snakes are swimming in the lake be careful and enjoy you time with beautiful views

Big reservoir. Pool is low. Lots of free camping around the lake. Seems like all the boat ramps are open. Lots of fishermen even though the weather windy.

This is a really nice recreation area. There is plenty of hiking and interesting things like Alibates flint quarry. The lake and views are fantastic and there is great wildlife, including roadrunners:-)

This is a great area for a weekend trip. Would certainly recommend it for camping and hiking.
