From jct Hwy 61 & CR-304: Go 1-1/2 mi E on CR 304, then 2 mi S on Kirby Rd.
It's a trailer park about 5 mins from the casinos of Tunica County in Robinsonville. Its a convenient and affordable spot for relocated casino workers and for a person who wants to be employed at the casino but the commute is too long from their current place. I've heard that the move in process was easier than most and the rent and some utilities are combined all in one bill so for some people that have problems with budgeting finances, this is a desirable advantage. From what I've seen, the landscaping is always free from trash and presentable. It looks well managed.
I currently leave here & I wouldn't want my worst enemy to stay. My trailer is so raggedy and they want fix anything over here. Literally I almost fell through the shower 2 days ago. I don't even have smoke detectors in here. I could go on but ima just move ASAP.
Horrible place to live no one fixes anything trailers are raggedy and over priced some have mold management is terrible
On scale 1 to 10 I give a 5 needs a little improvement in the mobile trailer park.
