Filthy! Dirt and grit under every piece of furniture, fridge, end tables, etc. Found no less than 20 black hairs throughout on beds, in the shower, in the sink, etc. Black molding and mildew shower curtain stunk the entire room up and couldn't be good for our health. More black hair. Disgusting! Floors NEVER cleaned, just swept. No coffee in room. No toilet paper holder. Paper thin walls where you hear neighbors walking, conversations, and even get to hear them pooping and peeing. Bathroom door sticks and will not open without catching and waking everyone up. Rarely anybody at front desk. Zero room service, had to ask for towels on third day. Can't say that the bedding was cleaned, found black hair in beds and on top of comforter. Truly the nastiest place we have ever stayed. Had to put shoes or sandals on to walk around the filthy room as we were afraid of contracting a disease or virus. A/C only worked for a while. Woke up hot. All this for the over-priced cost of almost $250 per night. This place was definitely the bottom of the barrel. We would like a full refund please!

We ate at the cafe for breakfast and it was great! We had a large party of 12, the servers were kind and attentive. The food came out quickly and was delicious. There was one issue with one of the kids’ pancakes but it was rectified immediately. Great place to eat if you’re staying in the Island Park location.

The breakfast was exceptional! 👍🏼👍🏼. They use quality ingredients (fresh sausage made paddies, thick sourdough toast, etc.). Thank you for great service and keep up the great cooking that you do.

Rooms aren't spacious, but they are very, very clean. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. The grocery store across the street, Robin's Roost, is well-stocked and convenient for food stuff that can be microwaved or refrigerated in the room. The attached Cafe is good, too!

Really really bad food. Felt like something you’d get at a soup kitchen. Concept a mess. They always close early. Their breakfast all day doesn’t make sense. They don’t have things like ribeyes and other staples. It’s for whatever reason catfish and soups and breakfast. All really poor quality.
