Unprofessional. The Manager/ Owner who I talked to was unwilling to give me any useful information. I was only able to ask a couple of questions (rates and availability) before he lost patience on me, yelled at me, and hung up on me. Do not spend your hard earned money here, they do not deserve it. ZERO STARS.

The park manager is incredibly rude and lacks any sort of customer service skill or hospitality. The first time I inquired about an rv spot for the upcoming winter I received no response. I then filled out the reservation form on the website, to which they replied “now you want from ___ to ___…? …all full for those days.” To which I replied “Thanks for getting back to me. Is there a waitlist we can be put on, or any chance of availability opening up as it is closer?” (All other parks we’ve contacted have either put us on a waitlist or instructed us to call back closer to the date since reservations are on a month-to-month basis so people may be leaving that they don’t know about quite yet.) The park manager simply replied “No.” - zero people skills, zero customer service, zero hospitality. If the owner isn’t managing the park I would hope they fire and replace this person as soon as possible. If this was the owner, even worse. We’ll never stay there and will recommend to everyone against staying there. Jerk.

Called to inquire about dates during the balloon festival. As I were expected the guy on the phone told me they were full. I asked a follow up question to which the guy responded in a muffled voice so I asked nicely calling him "sir" to repeat what he had said. With no response I asked if he was still there and he hung up. I called back asking why he had hung up and that I that I did not hear his response to my question to which he replied angrily "ma'am what do you know understand we are booked." Very frustrated at the kind of service I was receiving trying to become a customer I said something not so nice and hung up. I don't understand the rudeness. I will never stay here.

I called to inquire information for a spot, the manager/owner just said is full and hanged on me, he didn't even say good bye or anything and I still wanted to know about the wait list. Not no more if I have to deal with people like this.

Just visiting friends and never have had a complaint as a guest. Now if I lived there .. id have a few concerns that I would address with the property manager but not my place as a visitor.
