I went to the state fair at the Atlanta Motor Speedway, I went to FunTix to get my wristband before I went in there to have fun, I went to the rides called "Twister", "Polar Express" and "Crazy Mouse", I went to a playground where it says "Dance Party", It was a lady who draws cartoon portraits of everybody, so I went in there to get a cartoon portrait of me, I sat down and the lady drew a cartoon portrait of me, She also drew cartoon portraits of my mom and my sisters after those things, I went and got something to eat, I had deep fried Oreos, bucket of fries and a fresh squeezed lemonade and i left the state fair, it was a awesome time
I visited the Atlanta Motor Speedway with my husband for the Georgia State Fair. It was an easy process. $10 for parking. Admission to the venue was $10 or $5 for the senior rate. We had a great time. We just walked around and enjoyed watching everyone else have fun. We also ate some VERY TASTY fair food! Funnel cake, turkey leg, corn dog, chicken kabob, Mexican corn in the cup, and an icee. All, SOOOOO good!
This video and pics are from 2022 Foam Glow 5K race. I had so much I purchased tickets for 2023, unfortunately it was cancelled and there was no refund. Also, if you attend, fyi, you run around the track in dirt and gravel and not on the track itself. But it was so much fun! Please Foam Glow show up for 2024!
Was full of smiles the whole time i was there. The roaring of the engines against the stadium, instantly lit my face up with a non stop smirk and grin that didn't die down.
Nice experience! Went there for a race and had a good time. An employee offered us a ride up from the front, and I'm sure glad we took advantage of it. The vendor food pricing was a bit high, but it's expected. We will be back!
