About Campground

Whether you are coming to Georgia for work, play, vacation or to live, Riverside Estates RV Park has many advantages. It is friendly, safe, and clean. You can select a 30 or 50 amp site. There are 3 sections to choose from. A-Section is near the street for easy access to the freeway, B-Section runs beside the Yellow River, and C-Section is further back and very quiet. You can select a sunny site or a shaded one from the 100 plus sites available.

The Park is close to almost anything you could desire for shopping, eating, exercising, clubbing, purchasing building and electrical supplies, and recreating on lakes and rivers. I-20 West offers the quickest access to Atlanta as compared to all the other freeways, which is very important, considering the traffic in the area.

Directions

From I-20 west from Augusta: Go west to Exit 88 which is Almon Road. Get off and turn left back across the bridge. At the 2nd light, turn left again on the Access Road. Go less than half a mile down the hill and across the Yellow River. Riverside is the first thing on the right.

I'm staying here while student teaching and I love it! Jackie up in the office is wonderful, and my neighbors are super nice!

The staff here are wonderful and care about their residents. Spent 6 months there. I recommend getting a spot in C if you can get one. It's worth the extra money. The river does flood if you are in B. So be aware of that.

Constant mud wash and neighbors leaking stinky slinky dispite numerous conversations on how I could help fix the problem.

They NEVER answer phone calls!! And we moved out one month the lady upfront said we will get the rent back since we've paid the day before moving out. Never received it. The month after they emailed us saying pay or quit. Quit what we don't live there!! Overall just a bad experience! Don't live here..
