Never heard or been there before I don't know how this place is so go there and tell me how it is
Just moved in and love the place. People are nice and the place is clean. Great place to live.
I lived here for a year, but only because the manager Bill was so amazing! He really cares about everyone living there and goes above and beyond to help people! Bill really goes out of his way to make this park a safe and a nice place to live! He works 24hrs/ 7 days a week for the people that live there. And he made me feel safe and welcome! Without Bill I wouldn't live there! The surrounding area is really sketchy and a lot of gun shots can be heard! But Bill is really great at keeping the park safe and the riff raff out! I would be scared if it weren't for him being there! The owners need to give him a raise for all the time and energy he puts into making this a nice place!
We really like the park and the onsite manager Bill is a good manager and keeps the park looking nice. We hope that this park stays open so we can stay here for many years as this is one of the better parks that we have lived in and again Bill the onsite manager is doing a really good job.
2-14-24 Called and spoke with manager, they do not rent RV's or manufactured homes in this park. They only rent spaces and as of the above date land rents are $675 + pay your own utilities. The manager was very polite and helpful.
