Auburn Villa Mobile Home Park is a quiet senior community just at the border of Sacramento and Citrus Heights. We are conveniently located on Auburn Blvd. at the tip end of Manzanita Ave., only a short distance from Greenback Ln. Gas stations, convenience stores, grocery stores, and a wide variety of commercial businesses are only a short distance in both directions down Auburn.
This is a long-term park for permanent living for at least a duration of 12 months.
I drive thru the park kinda often but haven't been able to check and with the Wizard be over there.
I like the park seems good just need space # of availability, for I've been trying to make plans,So hopefully soon,I can give $ for a space and go to from there.
