The park is seven miles west of Dardanelle on Ark. 155. [NOTE: Ark. 155 zigzags and includes hairpin curves. Trailers over 24 ft. should not attempt the climb up Mount Nebo.]
Gorgeous trip outside. Just what I needed! Beautiful scenery and a great hike around the mountain!
Beautiful park , lots of scenic views - however watch out for the parking lot with the ditch. There is NOT a bridge to the road. Seriously it’s like a 5 foot hidden ravines other than that very responsive park rangers and great scenery.
The road up to the top is treacherous though !
Visited during Thanksgiving week last year. Beautiful park with stunning view. Visitor center sits at a highland where offers a panoramic view of the valley. We had a picnic there after hiking all the trails in the park. Weather was perfect with crispy autumn air. Loved it and wish to come back soon.
What a stunning place to watch the sunset. Saw lots of wildlife on the way up. The facilities are very accessible and would definitely visit again.
