When the mountains are calling and I must go…when I go, I want to be at Thompson Therapy in Culleoka, Tennessee with Ashley, Cole and their amazing horses! I have been on trail rides, participated in women’s retreats and completed the Horsemanship Workshop with this dynamic duo and every time I learn a little bit more about myself and my purpose. Whether on a trail ride enjoying the scenery or participating in one of the retreats, I am flooded with a sense of peace and self-awareness in a safe, brave space. If you have an opportunity to participate in the Horsemanship Workshops, do not hesitate! I did it a year ago and I loved every moment of it! I learned so much about horses and myself! During the workshops you learn everything you need to know about riding, tacking, grooming and taking care of the horses! And riding! You get so much saddle time!! When I am with the horses and on their amazing property, I experience such a sense of empowerment and purpose, as though I can do anything!!! I can’t wait to go back💙🐴

Over the years I’ve searched for healing in many different offices and with several therapists, however Mrs. Ashley connects on a level I’ve yet to have ever experienced. She is very connected with how I’ve felt mentally, spiritually and physically. It’s like sharing with your best friend who understands you but pushes you to grow. I couldn’t recommend it enough. I have grown and healed in many ways in a short amount of time. My 8 year has also attended sessions with the same results. If your looking for healing start here.
