We had a wonderful time! I highly recommend staying with Awakening Adventures. Wether glamping, or rustic camping, they have a campsite for you. We have stayed there 3 times now, at different sites with our young daughters and we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The tents are clean, the beds very comfortable. The sites are far enough away from each other that you can stay to yourself and enjoy some privacy, yet close enough to head to the community area for some fellowship. The Owners are friendly, very helpful, and excellent cooks in their own right (try Barb’s lemon blueberry bread). Don’t hesitate to book your family outing today!

I booked a treehouse here On December 15th for my wedding anniversary. After doing so my wife and I discovered that there were issues that prevented us from going. I never received a confirmation email do I attempted to find the booking and figure out the company that owned it as it was booked through google booking. There are 4 different structures in the area with the same name as the treehouse that I booked. I called every booking company in that area but nobody knew the place I booked. I had no confirmation number to give so it made it incredibly difficult to find. I spoke with a woman at Cabins USA that told me she knew the structure and took my name and telephone number as well as my card number nd assured me she would take acre of it. Fast forward to December 28th and I receive a text that asked if we were coming . I was confused as I didn't recognize the number and told them they had the wrong number. The next day I received an email that said the company looked forward to our arrival. I then contacted to owner and had a nice conversation in which he understood the situation. I even went as far as to send him the cabin that the company I spoke to thought I booked. He seemed understanding, but when I get my credit card bill I had been charged or the room. On the Google booking tool there is no mention of the cancellation policy. IF I had received the confirmation email I would have still been well within the cancellation policy that is stated on the website. I emailed the owner last week and explained that there was a charge for the room. He only stated there is no refunds and that I should just schedule to come down on a different date. Now I'm having to go through a dispute case with the credit card company and gather all the information I have to submit. This would have all been avoided had I received a confirmation email.

Wonderful place to get away from the outside world and collect yourself and finding peace within. Picture of the sunset is just up the road, worth the 1/2 mile walk or drive. 2nd picture is on the property walking on the trails.

I loved this place. The owners are super friendly.

It's a nice campsite, lots of hiking and waterfalls nearby.

They provided us with towels & bath products, all kitchen wear, and fire wood.

They offer laundry for an extra $7.

Definitely worth the stay!
