You know this place was ok. It was close to the highway and you can hear every motor vehicle go by. The place does have a camper, RV spot that is nice . Personally, I feel like this place is a great pit stop. The tent section is completely open and no shade. The pools looked questionable and needed some cleaning. My kids swam still . The pool area needed some TLC (maintenance) everywhere. The bathroom in front when you first drive up needed some heavy cleaning when we first arrived. The bathrooms around the camp area also needed some remodeling and cleaning. I have some pictures of the bathroom and a pool.

For as much as we paid, some major TLC and remodeling is needed.

This was a great spot to camp, bathrooms and showers were clean and fully stocked, and not overcrowded even though we stayed on the weekend. Campground was clean and had firepits and picnic tables for first come first serve use. There were shady areas to sit during the day. My only complaint was the noise from being right next to the freeway. The pool was warm but a little too deep for smaller kids.

The campground was empty but they wanted us to stay at the top of the hill, right close to the freeway! Very noisy. Asked to move to another site and were sent to one that was not at all level. Because there were soooo many open sites, we asked to have a level site and were told it would cost another $12 dollars! Again the campground was completely empty (except for full timers). Owner was very put out when we said we would be leaving! Asked for a refund, but because we had called ahead for availability, they had said they needed a credit card to hold the site (again completely empty), so begrudgingly the owner only gave us a partial refund!!! Very poorly run business, VERY GREEDY, very unfriendly! Would never recommend it to anyone!

We stayed 2 nights here, and the sites were nice. We enjoyed the slide pool and miniature golf with the kids, the other pool was a bit less desire to enjoy, it's really needing some maintenance care.

The staff was available and friendly, location was nice.. right off the freeway (a bit noisy, more during the day, but not real bad). Gas pumps right out front, so you can gas up and be on your way...

Nice relaxing location though.
