Covid 19 testing. I had. 1pm appointment. It is now 2 pm and I probably have 2 more hours to go.
I left my house at 4pm and waited in line for 4 hrs with a ticket and parking was full by the time I got to the parking exit and I was detured back onto the freeway. That's ridiculous....will never do that again
It's terrible to get in and out. Parking should be included with ticket to balloon park. This would help move things along.
All tickets should be advanced purchase.
I heard people with tickets couldn't find parking and missed some of the show.
Very poor lot management during balloon fiesta. Charge $20 per vehicle. When we leave, in almost 30 mins, not a single car can move even a feet. There’s no one help resolve this situation. Definitely 1 star.
