Moved in at the beginning of August! Most (if not all) of us here are long term campers. The campground has new owners, and they're making a lot of necessary changes. We now have dog poop bags and bins, lights in important areas, the driveways are freshly lined with gravel, and the owners are extremely friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents.

The campground vibe overall is quiet and calm. Most families (if not all) do not have children with them.

There's a lot of talk about what's to come for Cotton Patch, so I'm excited to stick around for a while.
