My wife and I were very excited to stay until we learned that a month stay would require a credit pull in turn dinging our history?! First time we have heard of this in our full time travel (where we stay a month at a time). We understand the safety measures of a back-round check and we absolutely love this measure but are not sure about the push for a credit pull?

If we pay the property as soon as we arrive in full, what is the reason for the credit inquiry? This is their policy though and we respect that.

We are very bummed as this seems to be the best property near Hood River but we will continue looking elsewhere. Shirlene was very nice to work with, very helpful, quick to follow up, with plenty of notice, but was also unsure of the policy herself.
