Campsite: Richard K. Yancy Sand Levee Campground
What a beautiful place. 70000 acres of prime whitetail deer habitat. Too bad the Wildlife Department doesn't have a clue when it comes to managing this magnificent property for whitetail deer. It is hard to watch how the deer herd has been over hunted for the past 10 years and Wildlife staff is just taking a wait-and-see attitude.
