Rails End MHC is a smaller 55+ year old community...about 55 permanent residents and 50 RV lots. Located at Wildwood, FL with the Villages surrounding it. The residents here are a great bunch of folks.

We've been here for 3 "snowbird" seasons, and looked forward to being here for the Winters.

We could afford the lot lease at $495, we were surprised when it went to $530, but were shocked when they increased it to $650 this year (New management company...Island Communities making a killing). 22.6% increase hurts fixed income folks; social security increase is only 3.2% for 2024. Most likely we'll have to sell our trailer. Current management is very hard to contact.
