This is the wild side of Lake Conroe with few motorboats, but also a nice place where to camp and kayak for a weekend. Basic bathroom but plenty of space around. You can paddle north the West Fork San Jacinto River, completely surrounded by dense vegetation that it's quite surprising and impressive.
