I wish i could post screenshots, but unfortunately i cannot. Over a month prior to our stay in this park (my husband who was home on military orders) spoke with the owner and we agreed upon a rate of $400 for the length of our stay. It is $200 per week, or $475 per month. And with our stay being 3 weeks, give or take a few days we agreed on the $400. Via text, the day we parked the RV the owner asked for the date we would be leaving and i let her know the 29th or 30th, depending on how my husbands flight back to the military base was scheduled (possible delays). And i then paid her the $400 cash, as that was the only payment method she would accept at that time. The last 25th, 4 days prior to our agreed date of departure, she asks me for $80 more. I disagreed with her, and we settled on $40 paid through Saturday the 29th. Keeping in mind this is 3 weeks of stay, and we are now only $35 short of the MONTHLY RATE. Then on today, the 29th, we ended up having to pay her another $40 due to delays in travel arrangements and work. Which i understand is not her fault, but the initial pricing and dates agreed upon being honored would have accommodated that last minute change. Overall, she is kind, but expect to pay more than what you’re told, you’ll share a very tiny laundry facility and have to pay extra for it, loud partying may keep you up on a Sunday night at 2 am, and the WIFI will not work. I hope this helps whomever is looking for a place to stay. God Bless.
Update: after speaking with the owner, they admitted to contemplating having my home REPOSSESSED because while we were staying there, i worked full time and was rarely there, and my husband was visiting family with the time he has once a year to do so. Spot was paid for, and they said it was “abandoned”. We slept there every night, we were just gone during the daylight hours. After sending screenshots of everything, we received 1 $38 refund. The rest of our money has yet to be received. So another tip, don’t leave your RV, and don’t expect them to correct any of their errors.
