Large RV park with laundry clubhouse and bath houses. Rent was $850 a month plus electric. We did run into an issue with the electric being a lot higher the last two month we were there. They were able to get it taken care of due to an issue at the pole. Staff was easy to work with. We stayed here for 6 months so we did have a few more maintenance issue than normal, but I did have to contact at least twice before someone came out to address issues. About 25-30 mins to OSHU in Portland. Safe and clean. We had a nice spot on top lot making it a bit more spread out. If noise is an issue, be mindful of train tracks right behind park. Does make some decent noise for about 1-2 min 5/6 times a day. Totally will stay here again if we are back in the area. Happy camping!
