Spent a few nights here camping and it was very peaceful, even in the rain. The campsite hosts showers/bathrooms and each campsite has a fire pit to have your own private campfire’s. As always, be aware of bears as they will smell your food from miles away. So, make sure you put away all of your food back into your vehicle to be safe, no one wants to wake up to a black bear rummaging through your belongings. Enjoy the camping! It’s a great place to bring your family.

1 1/2 year update. Came back with my wife, brother and sister and had a great experience again. Very peaceful and calm. Very remote campground in the Pisgah National Forest. Would always recommend to anyone looking to really get away deep into the forest.
