We spent a weekend (2 nights) at Limehurst Lake Campground and found it nice and accommodating. Sadly the lake and beach area were closed off for swimming due to heavy rain and flooding, but kayaking and fishing were possible.

Overall the campsite was great and clean. One building with facilities was newly renovated and features, besides bathrooms and showers, a laundry room. The only thing which could improve the shower experience would be some sort of board or seating area, like a folding or drop-down shelf, within the shower stall to make it easier to get dressed, especially in humid conditions :-). The second building with showers and bathrooms is older and is a rather "mobile" set-up. I recommend using the new facilities.

One thing we were not used to, considering we are new to tent camping in the US, there are no electric hook-ups for tents or leanto-areas and no dish-washing station. This is certainly something which could be improved - especially, if you bring your own dishes and food and want to wash up before you go on.
