Be careful with these guys, they will charge your credit card extra. I called and was told we signed for 3 months, but we gave plenty of notice that we would only be there for a little over a month. They charge us 300$ non Refundable deposit and 1350$ for a month and 1 week. The park is Nice on one side and a dump on the other. I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone.
