We called reserved a spot for March 15th but now we aren't getting transferred and called to cancel on March 4th and we were told we are not getting our money back at all. WOW that's 850.00 just out the window! That's very bad customer service and we will be telling everyone about this experience along with all the cats at this park, I guess they have to pay for the cat food
