What an amazing hidden gem in Olean!! Super cute design - not what you expect walking thru the food market to find Firefly in the back corner. So many fun sandwich ideas - can't pick a favorite! But the Chicken Salad BLT and Manhattan Classic with smoked Salmon are up there. Friendly staff too. We go here every time we visit my son at school and are never disappointed! In fact we just ordered 3lbs of the chicken salad to take home with us. My only complaint is that there are five hours away from where we live!
