Our second year in a row at this beautiful campground, so quiet and peaceful, shady yet sunshine peaking through, warm in the daytime and cool at night, perfect for campfires! The host, Ivan, last year was warm and friendly with us, we were nice to him! Our host this year is also very nice and helpful. The bathrooms are kept very clean, especially being put toilets! The views are magnificent if you walk/hike around at all!

Beautiful moderate hike through tall and elegant pines and aspen trees. Go past Dog Lake and breathe the fresh air! Views are incredible!

Park at the end of Millcreek Canyon Rd where there is a restroom and ample parking IF you go early in the morning.

Dog and bike friendly on even and odd days. Taken plenty of water and plan for 10 miles if you go all the way to Lake Desolation. Temps are cool if you’re early morning otherwise it can get hot.
