Gorgeous trail! It is uphill the entire way out but the reward of reaching the end is completely worth it! On the drive to the trailhead we took a forest road and that was a major mistake. You will want to drive up through trampas the town and then down a forest road to the trailhead. It would not be a difficult day hike but we backpacked it and it was a little difficult.
