Absolutely beautiful state park. Perfectly level RV parking.

Very affordable. Nice hiking trails and interesting, educational plaques along the way.

I rarely say anything bad... But the showers were never cleaned the whole time I was there, 12 days. The lights are full of dead bugs, the hair on the shower floors is just piling up and you need a knife to cut the soap scum. Gross 🤢

The first campground host is constantly busy trimming trees, picking up garbage, walking around cleaning up the beach and their campsite is immaculate.

The second host bad mouths the ranger, thinks they should do more, she might walk around once a day and pick up a few pieces of litter. But mostly her campsite is a disgrace, untidy, you can't see the picnic table for the junk.

All and all it was a beautiful state park as long as you have blinders on when you first enter.
