Star rating purely based on the 2 sites we experienced. First one you felt like a sardine. 2 steps out the door and could touch our neighbor and there was standing water on both sides of our rig. Had to put Electric cord on leveling blocks to keep it from submerging. 2nd site was a spacious new back in site, unfortunately there grade work guy didn't know how slope is important for water drainage.
