Great TT location in between two medium towns, Cottonwood and Camp Verde. Additional fee for 50amp which we paid for, staying in the winter. Spacious, level sites mostly on gravel with a picnic table.

Nothing special but everything you need. Full hookup dirt site with 50amp and a picnic table. Half mobile homes and half full timers with several sites ready for overnighters. We stayed one week, at $165 after tax and offered a fire pit for $10 extra.

In the middle of no where, the nearest town is Kanab, Utah about 20 minutes north. Great place to visit Jacob Lake and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, just remember they’re closed in the winter!
