Interesting former forest service guard station. Supposedly still available to rent, though it looks like it has not been used in a while. It does appear to be receiving some upkeep though. Would be a fun place to stay though.

The un paved Suiattle River road has only just been re opened after nearly a decade of being closed due to erosion. The road has been relocated a bit higher up from the river to avoid the same happening again.

The guard station, and Buck Creek campground were only accessible to hikers until a couple years ago.
