Clean, plenty of space, level! newer, showers and laundry.

Really nice, quiet place that would have garnered 6 stars if not for the lack of air conditioning in the building. It's Texas. Opening the windows would help, fans?

I did see at least one open spot so...

I just discovered this little gem and Open Air Resorts is what an RV park should be. All new with plenty of space, an awesome little swimming pool with roomy changing rooms and hot showers. Long term residents who take care of their spots live here and it shows. There are also some cool, like new vintage stainless steel RVs to be seen.
