A lovely, roomy campground with the nicest park rangers. Check-in was easy and pleasant and our campsite was spacious and private enough that we didn't see our neighbors unlike many other campgrounds, including the Seawall Campground in Acadia. Our site had shade and a big pine tree at the end to provide an additional neat little area to spread out. The bathrooms were a short walk away and they had a sink and garbage area to the side for cleaning up dishes after meals. The campground is about an hour away from the main park but it is nice and quiet. There is also WiFi and decent cell phone service.
