We stayed January 2024 in a 45-foot motorhome. Sites are tight with your neighbor site only a couple of feet away. Rain water drainage was slow, typical for the area. Bring your own wi-fi, park wi-fi is terrible. Several people bought T-mobile towers for wi-fi. Staff is good and personable and helpful. Pool, fishing pier and dog park are good. Very friendly guests, we made several long term friends. Fishing in the area is great. Holly, the winter activities director is amazing. More activities than you can attend, something for everyone. One of the best parks for fun we have ever stayed in. We definitely will return. My wife gave it a five star, I gave it a 4 star because of the close sights and wi-fi. Honestly, it doesn't get much better than this. We did not use the showers or laundry, never heard a complaint.
