Clean and well kept. Active security watches everything. A few bear sightings which I think is cool. I wish they had on site water at the rv sites because the potable water station is really slow.

Kids liked it. I wish they had some gravel roads at least and something different other than abrupt speed bumps to deter potential speeders.... it rained really hard and the road turned to swamp... i hate driving my rig through lakes of muddy water.
