We drove from Goldsboro to check out the campground for a future trip with our camper. We were denied entry because the person on the gate speaker told us the office is closed on Saturday and there was no one available to sign us in. He told us we would have to come back on Monday.

While I understand the need for security I also regret a campground’s lack of customer service on a Saturday at 1:00pm just to do a drive through.
