Not too much for little kids to do. Very clean, quiet community. Not kid or animal friendly. Basically no noise allowed. Everyone follows the rules. NO space heaters allowed. Preferential treatment based on the Manager's bias (based off the experience of being on the wait-list for years now while watching my coworkers get in just fine). They will check your credit (unless they have upgraded to requesting blood samples) and don't give the benefit of the doubt to people.
