Campsite: Ragtown Campground
My favorite place in the world. I've been camping and swimming here all my life. I was so sad when the tornadoes damaged it and shut it down. I was super worried that they would never reopen it, but to my delight and surprise, they did. I'll be happy to see it fully repaired and the trees growing back to how they were. It's still a beautiful place dear to my heart.
Campsite: Red Hills Lake Campground
I've been swimming and camping at this place for 40 years. The bathrooms aren't as good as they used to be and they no longer have showers in them, but they have fixed the swimming area up really nice. The pier has been repaired and the beach is nice and sandy. Great place to swim and camping is really nice, despite the shower situation. There aren't as many camping spots that used to be, but maybe they will fix them back again. It would be nice to see it all fixed and the areas in operation again.
