Small and quiet RV/mobile home park. Very friendly staff. They always keep the park clean and neat. They pick up trash twice a week. It's a little busy during Winter season because snow birds but the rest of the year is half empty.

Zephyrhills doesn't have too many options in restaurants but is only 40 minutes away from Tampa and 20 minutes from Wesley Chapel who has a lot of good places to eat
